  • Total time frame: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. While over 97% of orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to customs, local couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • After this window, cancellations are not possible as the order is immediately forwarded for processing.

  • You still have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day of delivery, during which you may return eligible products (see our Return Policy).

Accuracy of Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide full and accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, or render a package undeliverable.

  • If a package is returned or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer, all costs are borne by the customer. No refund will be issued in these cases.
