Return Conditions

Return Period: You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (with all tags and labels attached). Products not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for:

Personal or hygiene-related items (including underwear, bras, tights, swimwear, and cosmetics).

Custom-made or personalised products.

Items that by their nature cannot be returned.

Return Process

Request Approval: Contact us at support@hemsworth-sydney.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item(s). Please note that returns may need to be shipped to an overseas warehouse, depending on stock location.

Customer Costs:

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

Proof of Shipment: You must provide valid proof of shipment and tracking details. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is clearly damaged or faulty on arrival, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Evidence (photos or video) is required within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
